Who are we?

The Southern Maine Church of Christ is a friendly, loving
group of believers. We are Christians only. We have no denominational name or creed, and we have no
earthly headquarters. Our ONLY guide for all that we do is God's word, the Bible.

A friendly invitation

We would love to have you visit with us! So that you will know what to
expect when you come, please allow us to explain what our worship services are like: Our worship is focused on praising and
thanking God and on encouraging one another. We never single anyone out from the pulpit, and we will not ask you to do
anything other than listen to the word of God proclaimed. You will find that our worship services are conducted in a joyful,
quiet and reverent manner. We sing songs of praise to God with our hearts, partake of the Lord's Supper each Sunday, give as
we have been prospered, and present a sermon that is taken directly from the Bible.
We are a friendly group of people and visitors are always made to feel welcome.
